| 摘 要： | 大连工业大学发酵工程学科在人才培养模式和管理制度设计方面,经过长期的探索与实践,形成了以科研促进教学的模式,为培养创新型人才营造了良好的空间和环境.通过引导教师的科研方向与主讲课程相结合,保证课程内容的先进性和实践性;将成熟的科研成果引入实验教学,以适应快速发展的生物技术和生产实践需要;突出实践教学,开设综合创新实验,以培养学生探索问题的能力;将毕业论文(设计)与教师的科研项目紧密结合,培养学生参与科研与科技开发的能力.
