| 摘 要： | 高等教育的准公共产品性质已被学术界和各国政府普遍接受,遍及全球的高等教育财政危机使高等教育成本补偿在各国教育政策中的重要性日益凸显。本文主要探讨了高等教育成本补偿的基本原则及主体、英国高等教育成本补偿模式及其对我国当前高等教育成本分担的启示。 |

| Abstract: | The characteristic of semi-public property of higher education has been accepted in academic and governments. The financial crisis of higher education highlights the importance of educational cost-recovery in educational policies of all countries. This paper discusses the basic principle, the main body, the model of educational cost-recovery in UK public higher education, and their inspirations for the costs sharing of higher education in China. |
