摘    要:介绍离心泵产生汽蚀的原因,产生汽蚀后的危害;全面阐述了管路设计的改变、离心泵的安装高度、政变泵本身的结构、提高装置的汽蚀余量NPSHa和降低泵的汽蚀余量NPSHr来提高离心泵的抗汽蚀性能;采用新材料、新技术加强对离心泵的保护,降低汽蚀现象对泵的损坏.

Abstract:The present paper aims to explain the reason why centrifugal pump produces cavitation and produce cavitation hazards;It is necessary to make a comprehensive exposition of the changes in pipeline design,installation height of the centrifugal pump,and change the structure of the pump itself to improve the device cavitation the margin NPSHa and the lower pump cavitation margin NPSHr to improve the cavitation performance of a centrifugal pump;It gives the introduction of new materials,new technologies to enhance the protection of the centrifugal pump,and reduce the cavitation phenomenon to damage the centrifugal pump.
