| Abstract: | The library work is a kind of service work, which needs great devotion. The librarians are faced with a great professional pressure, which greatly affects the mental health of the librarians. Based on the investigation, the author of this article makes an analysis of the causes of the pressure, sets forth the tactics through the psychological self-control to promote the mental health of the librarians. |
