| 摘 要： | 玉溪中小企业在发展中,对于知识产权的重视、运用和保护都存在着明显的缺陷,这些缺陷严重地影响了玉溪中小企业的良性发展;实施企业知识产权战略,促进技术创新,是推动玉溪中小企业发展的必然选择;而这种选择需要政府和企业共同推进。
