| Abstract: | Combined with the construction of Laboratory Center, this paper explained that the construction and development of non-key major laboratories is colleges and universities have to change the idea of waiting, relying or asking the upper sectors for funds. They are supposed to be more independent and strive to collect the construction funds, thus to keep sustainable development. |
