| 摘 要： | 抗日战争时期，日本侵华当局一方面加紧对沦陷区工矿业的掠夺和榨取，另一方面加强对与掠夺资源相关的工矿业的直接投资。日资在华形成了以20个垄断性企业系统为核心的殖民掠夺与为侵略战争服务的投资经营体系，完全控制了沦陷区的经济命脉。
