| Abstract: | Government is the main investor of higher education.Besides the input by the government,higher education institutes should raise foreign funds,private funds and capitals from the society actively,and!accept the students' parents input legally,thus the investment to higher education is multi-channeled,and higher education institutes could make full use of facilities and other conditions to raise efficiency of running institutes. |
