| 摘 要： | 开发海洋.向海洋要财富,变海洋优势为经济优势已成为全社会的共识.浙江省既是经济大省,又是海洋大省,为了把海洋资源优势转化为经济优势,必须大力发展海洋教育.尤其是海洋高等教育.以培养一大批具有创新精神和实践能力的海洋类专业人才.有鉴于此,海洋高等教育要树立创新的人才培养理念,提高海洋类专业人才的创新能力l以涉海类学科建设为龙头,加快海洋类专业人才培养的步伐;构建海洋类多样化的人才培养模式,增强海洋类专业人才的社会适应性;注重"基地、项目、人才"三位一体.为海洋类专业人才培养提供机制上的保证;整合海洋教育资源,尽早建成综合性海洋大学.使其成为海洋类专业人才培养的重要基地.
