| 摘 要： | 英国高等教育质量保证体系随其自身发展而不断完善。香港特区通过对其移植借鉴和改造,形成了适应香港本土实际的质量保证体系。香港这一做法的成功,对我国高等教育质量保证体系的建设完善,应当有所启示。
