| 摘 要： | 通过对邓小平与江泽民教育思想的比较，对我国的教育改革的方向和指导思想形成的背景有一个立体的清晰认识，从教育的地位、社会作用、教育方针及教育改革指导思想、人才培养的目标及方向、办学方针、教师的地位及重要性六个方面进行了较全面对比．本文偏重对高等教育思想的分析，对明确发展现状，把握教育发展方向，积极投身于教育改革之中具有重要意义。

| Abstract: | Comparing education thoughts of Deng Xiao-ping with Jian Zhe-min, we know clearly the direction of education reform and guidance. It has been fully discussed on the subject of the position of education, social function, education policy,ability train aim, guiding principle for running a college and the position of teachers. The higher education thoughts are analysed in the paper,it has an important significance for handling direction of education development and deepening education refom. |
