| 摘 要： | 以需求类型为切入点,析出高校图书馆的六个用户群体,指出情报服务的重点是学校的中、高层管理人员和教学、科研人员。提出隐性情报需求的概念,分析了隐性需求的十个特征和开发隐性需求的四个必要条件及五种思维方法。
