欧洲智库的“中国观”研究——基于三大欧洲智库研究报告的综合比较分析

目的/意义]欧洲智库是全球智库体系中的重要组成部分,在机构数量、专业门类、指数评价等方面的世界排位仅次于美国,这些智库对促成政府决策、塑造欧洲乃至全球舆论、影响国际政治格局产生重要作用。方法/过程]该文以英国皇家国际事务研究所、法国国际关系研究所和布鲁盖尔研究所3个欧洲代表性智库的涉华研究报告为样本,以文献计量和质性文本分析为主要方法建立了一种基于文献资料的智库中国观分析路径,提炼并对比了其中国观的主要视角、对华态度及核心观点之间的特征。结果/结论]研究发现,欧洲智库对华研究力量正逐步加强,理解日渐加深,其研究务实地着眼于与中国利益交往最频繁的领域,呈现中立偏正向的对华态度,研究者对中国问题的阐释和观察中国的视角具有一定的启发借鉴意义。

A Research of European Think Tank's Perspectives on China:Synthetic Comparative Analysis Based on the Research Reports of Three European Think Tanks

Purpose/Significance]European think tanks are an important part of the global think tank system,second only to the United States in terms of number of institutions,professional categories and index evaluation.These think tanks play an important role in shaping European and global public opinion,promoting government decision-making and influencing international political pattern.This paper selects three European think tanks(Chatham House,Institut francais des relations internationales and Bruegel)to analyze their Chinese research reports.Method/Process]By using bibliometrics and qualitative text analysis as the main methods,this paper establishes an analysis path of think tank’s Perspectives on China,refines and compares their main perspectives,attitudes and key ideas.Result/Conclusion]This study finds that European think tanks are gradually strengthening their research power and understanding of China,and their research focuses on the most frequent areas of interest exchanges with China,showing a neutral and positive attitude towards China.Their interpretation and observation of China's problems in their research are of enlightening significance.
