| Abstract: | In order to formulate the"14th Five-Year"development plan for Zhejiang Library and promote the high-quality development of public libraries in Zhejiang province,this paper reviews the achievements and existing problems of Zhejiang Library during the 13th Five-Year Plan period,and analyzes the environmental factors,opportunities and challenges public libraries are facing.Using the advanced international experience for reference,it puts forward the priorities and goals for the development of Zhejiang Library during the 14th Five-Year Plan period. |
