| 摘 要： | 市民社会的研究源于西方社会.从不断发展的市民社会理论中,可归结出三个层面的核心内容,即市场社会是市民社会的生长基石;社会团体是市民社会的现实表征;婚姻家庭是市民社会的隐性实体.这些要素构成市民社会的理论的基本内容,其理论内涵和方法论,对构建社会主义和谐社会具有一定的借鉴意义.
