基于UG的齿轮三维精确建模与运动仿真

摘    要:齿轮传动作为一种通用的传动机构,具有其特殊的设计和制造方法。设计和制造的关键在于齿廓线的形成。利用当今世界先进的三维造型软件UG可以对齿轮进行精确三维造型并实现啮合运动仿真。以渐开线齿轮为例绘制出其精确的渐开线齿廓,实现三维造型,从而可以进行运动仿真,为齿轮有限元动力学分析提供精确的模型,减少设计开发的成本,使其具有快速响应市场的能力。

Abstract:As a general driving setup, gear transmission has its special design and making process. The shaping of contour line is the key of design and manufacture. Accurate 3-D modeling and movement simulation of gear can be made by UG software. For involutes gear, it can be modeled perfectly so as to simulate the movement, then provided precise model for finite analysis. The cost of design and development can be cut down and quickly responding ability to the market can be also acquired.
