| Abstract: | This paper gives a brief introdduction of the application,discovery and development of the enzyme-especially of the significant results of research in various periods.In this paper the important factors,which exert influence on the enzyme catalytic reaction,and the reason for their influence and the pattern of their changes,are discussed.It will bring to the mankind great social and economic benefit to undertake active research into the enzyme catalytic function and make good use of the enzyme's properties. |
