| 摘 要： | 通过典型范例说明科技期刊在细节上透露出的“人情味”，对编辑的前瞻性、新闻敏感性、处理问题的灵活性、文字功底等素养提出了高要求。认为：只有热爱本职工作，才能积极地投入工作；只有专心、细心、热心，才能与读者贴心；只有用心交流，才会产生并保持“人情味”。

| Abstract: | The milk of human kindness is disclosed in details through typical exemplification.Appeal is made for the qualification of the sci-tech editors including qualification of foretelling,sense of news,agility and literal essentials.It is pointed out that only by love of his work,can an editor put his energy whole heartedly into his work;only with immersion,carefulness,enthusiasm,can the editor be confidential to his readers;being close to his readers heart to heart results in the milk of human kindness,thus passing true feeling in the world. |
