谈教师应对课程改革时面临的挑战

摘    要:教师在课程改革中面临的挑战是多重的,除了内心自我教学观念体系的改变,还有改革所处的外部社会环境的阻挠;除了自身在面对改革挫折时的矛盾与质疑,还有来自于学生家长的误解与压力。如果教师仅试图凭借自己的力量来解决新的挑战所带来的一切问题,而忘了课堂以外的力量,那么沉重的工作压力再加上孤立无助的心理感受很容易销蚀教师改革的热情和信心。因而,教师应该学会与学生、家长、学校管理者和教育专家等社会人士共同合作,为实现教学改革目标创造一个和谐有益的环境。

Abstract:Teachers have to face multiple challenges in the curriculum reform,including not only the inward change of education conception,but also the outward barrier;not only the internal conflict and doubt,but also outside misunderstanding and pressure from students' parents.If teachers attempt to solve all these problems by their own,while neglect the assistance and support from other sides,their confidence and hope are likely to dissolve in the heavy burden of work and solitude.Therefore,teacher should learn to cooperate with students,students' parents and education managers,as well as experts to attain the goal of education reform in a harmonious and benign environment.
