摘    要:调查者以甘南藏族自治州为例,对甘肃民族地区教师针对新课程的教师培训作了系列调查。调查者运用混合式问卷,从教师的知识结构与教育教学现状、教师对培训工作的认识、教师对培训内容、时间与方式上的需求等三方面做了调查,以期对近年来甘肃民族地区英语教师的受训情况有一个总体的了解,并适当做出评价和建议。

Abstract:The investigator took Gannan Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture as a sample and investigated the teachers training which was conducted to the English teachers concerning the new curriculum.The investigator applied a blend questionnaire had a through investigation from three aspects,namely,the teachers' English knowledge and the current situation of their teaching;the teachers' understanding to the new curriculum training;and the teachers' further requests and suggestions to the training.An evaluation and analyses were given to the teachers' responses.
