| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨在西医治疗的基础上,加用中药治疗急性胰腺炎疗效观察。方法:采取西医治疗及口服中药胰腺消炎汤临证分型,辩证论治治疗急性胰腺炎25例。结果:25例中10例瘀滞型全部治愈;11例热厥型:7例经药物治疗痊愈,4例药物治疗不明显,病情严重立即转他院手术治疗,其中3例治愈,1例死亡(并发败血症)。结论:中西医相结合可提高对急性胰腺炎的治疗效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine in a-cute pancreatitis, on the basis of treating with west medicine. Method: 25 cases of acute pancreatitis were diagnosed and treated based on an overall analysis of symptoms and signs. All these patients were treated by traditional Chinese medicine ( Pancreatitis- killing compound) combined with western medicine treating. Result: For this 25 cases, 10 cases of YuZhi type had been cuerd;among 11 cases of Rejue type: 7 cases were cured and curative effect in 4 cases were not satisfying. Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine combined with west medicine can significantly improve the curative for acute pancreatitis. |
