大龄患者错畸形的矫治

目的:通过对12例30岁以上非牙周病性错胎畸形的矫治,了解到大龄患者的正畸特点和矫治中常遇到的问题及解决方法。方法:12例中采用拔牙矫治者9例。8例采用固定矫治器,2例活动 固定矫治器。结果:12例中除1例因病复诊困难效果欠佳外,11例效果良好。结论:大龄人对矫治器适应慢,牙移动启动期长,对矫治力敏感度高,口腔条件差,对正畸效果期望高,但如果处理得当,一般均能收到良好的矫治效果。

Treatment of maloccision in aged cases

Objective: performing corrective treatment to 12 cases (aged above 30) of nonperiodontopathy malocclusion obnormality, the characteristics of middle - age orthodons, the common issues in treatment and its solutions were studied in this article. Methods: Among 12 cases, extration was applied to 9 cases, fixed appliance to 8 cases, removable. Results:Of 12 cases , 11 cases proved good. Conclusion: The aged patients were slow in adoption to appliance but coordinated well with the treatment. They had longer storting period of tooth removal and higher sensitivity to corrective treatment, they had poorer oral conditions and higher expectations to orthodons effects. But through proper treatment, good correcte result could generally be achieved.
