| 摘 要： | 目的:对消化道穿孔并发症进行讨论。方法:对4例消化道穿孔合并麻痹性肠梗阻的患者进行透视,摄片定期检查。结果:保守治疗X线征象消失,但复查可见征象再现,再复查又可消失。结论:消化道穿孔合并麻痹性肠梗阻,保守治疗,其X线征象全部消失,不是临床治愈标准。

| Abstract: | Objective: To study complications of alimentary canal perforation. Methods :4 cases of paralyti-cal intestinal obstruction complicated by alimentary canal were perforation X - rayed, photographied and regularly checked . Results: Alimentary canal perforation was often complicated with paralytical intestinal obstruction. Conclusion: Alimentary canal perforation is often complicated paralytical intestinal obstruction. The complete disapperance of x - ray presentation after curatira conseiratira could not be used as clinical curative standard. |
