润神口服液急性毒性试验

摘    要:目的:为了观测润神口服液对小鼠的急性毒性作用。方法:给小鼠腹腔注射润神口服液,持续观测5~6d,计数小鼠死亡率,按概率单位法目测该口服液LD_(50)半数致死量。结果:LD_(50)为42.17ml/kg体重。结论:润神口服液毒性非常低,而且部分毒性原因是由于门服液pH偏低,大剂量注射引起酸中毒引起的。实验小鼠脾脏明显增重,可能与免疫力增强有关,而且存活小鼠体力明显增加(P<0.05)。

Abstract:Objective: To observe acute toxicity of Runshen Oral Liquid in mice. Methods: Runshen Oral Liquid was injected into peritoneum cavity of mice. The mice were continuously observed for 5 - 6 days and the mortality was counted. The fifty percent lethal dose(LD50) was statistically calculated either. Results: The LD50 of Runshen oral liquid in mice was 42.17ml /kg weight. Conclusion: The toxicity of Runshen Oral Liquid was very slight. Moreover, this toxicity in mice is partly ascribed to acidosis caused by acidity of Runshen Oral Liquid .
