健美减肥观念与途径研究

摘    要:对健美的概念与标准、肥胖的现象与指标、肥胖的原因与害处、减肥的观念与途径等问题进行了综合分析。提出只有体重指数大于27的肥胖者才需要减肥。减肥锻炼结合饮食调控是最积极有效的途径。

Abstract:The concept and standards of body--building, the appearance and indexes of obesity, the causes and harm of obesity, the intention and ways to lose weight etc. were analyzed comprehensively. It was put forward that only the fat person, whose body-weight index exceeds 27, needs to lose weight. Training for losing weight combined with dietary control is the positive and effective way to lose weight.
