主体教育观在干部教育培训中的实践

摘    要:20世纪80年代以来,主体教育思想对我国的教育实践产生了深刻的影响。在干部教育培训包括党政领导干部的培训和企业经营管理人才的培训中,贯彻主题教育观,加强干部教育中的服务职能,突出培训过程中学员的主体性地位,是有效提高干部教育培训实效性和针对性的途径之一。文章从主体教育观出发,分析了在干部教育培训中加强教育主体观的必要性和可能性,并以北京大学干部教育培训的生动实践为例,阐述了主体教育观如何在干部教育培训中实现的具体途径和方法。

Abstract:Since the 1980s,Subject Education Thoughts have had a profound impact on the educational practice in China.Especially in cadre training——including the governmental officials training and enterprise managers leadership——implementing subjective education theory,strengthening the idea of service and giving subjective prominence to students'participants in the process of training have been estimated as important values to effectively enhance the pertinence of cadre training.Beginning with describing the concept of subject eduction theory,the author analyzes the necessity and possibility of strengthening the theory in cadre training and introduces the specific ways by the newest examples of the trainings in Peking University.
