| 摘 要： | 针对＂90后＂高职新生常面临的心理问题,通过在顺德职业技术学院电子与信息工程系2010级15个新生班级开展团体辅导实践,结果表明班级团体辅导对于改善新生心理状况,加强团队合作,提高人际交往能力,增强班级凝聚力,促进班级建设,及早发现新生中有心理问题的学生具有积极意义,是进行90后高职新生入学适应教育的有效手段。

| Abstract: | In view of the psychological problems frequently confronted by students born in the 1990s,class counseling was conducted among 15 freshmen classes in grade 2010 of the Department of Electronics and Information Engineering.Results show that the practice helps to improve students' psychological health,team spirit and their communication capability.In addition,it is good for class consolidation and construction,and effective in discovering psychological problems on the part of the students at an early stage.Th... |
