| 摘 要： | 建国初期,中国共产党有计划、有步骤地领导了文化建设和改造的实践。这与当时社会政治经济的发展、文化本身的发展及党实现意识形态主导性的自觉认识是分不开的。在实践中,党和政府采取了文化建设和改造同时并举的举措,实现了整个社会文化领域的转变和重建。

| Abstract: | The early years of the new nation,the Communist Party of China had the plan,had the step to lead the cultural reconstruction and the transformation practice,which didn't separate from the social politics economy development,cultural itself development and the CPC's understanding the realization of the ideology leadership.In the practice,the party and the government adopted the action which the cultural reconstruction and the transformation simultaneously developed,and realized the entire social culture domain transformation and the reconstruction. |
