| 摘 要： | 高职“订单式”人才培养模式对于高职院校探索一条适合自身发展的办学之路具有重要意义，但由于这一模式针对性过强，致使目标出现偏向、人才素质有所下降和教育伦理精神缺乏。完善这一模式需要确保目标的完整性，加强过程监控并完善运行机制、找到最佳结合点。

| Abstract: | College order-style personnel cultivating mode is significant for higher professional colleges to find one road suitable to their own development, While the mode is strong in utility objective, so that the teaching objective is leading astray, college student quality is degrading and education moral spirit is poor. To improve the mode, we should make sure of the wholeness of objective, strengthen the supervision in the process and perfect managing mechanism so as to find out the best bonding joint. |
