| Abstract: | To construct the strong cultural province and fulfill harmonious development in culture is the chief essence and important aim in the central rise.According to the theory of socialist harmonious society and the scientific developing perspective,constructing core value system of socialism,building the strong cultural province,and promoting harmonious development in culture in Henan province,will provide powerful spirit drive,intellectual and industrial support for central upsurge. |
