浅议教育新技术在外语教学中的应用

教育新技术是以现代教育思想、理论为基础，以系统论的观点为指导，以现代信息技术为手段，以启发式的教学方法为主体的教育技术。其根本特点就是将先进的信息技术手段融入到教学中去，改善外语教学的教学方法与手段，大大提高外语教学质量。因此教师除了要学会启动新技术指导教学全过程和与之相适应的全新的教学模式、全新的教学方法和全新的教学设计思想之外，还要懂得合理应用和善于开发现代教学媒体，这将对改变传统外语教学模式产生巨大的推动力，并进一步促进外语教学现代化。

A Brief Discussion on the Application of New Education Technologies in Foreign Language Teaching

New education technologies are those with modern ed-ucation thoughts and theories as the basis, views of system theory as the guidance, modern information technology as the means, and heuristic teaching method as the subject. The fundamental characteristic of new education technologies is to infiltrate ad-vanced information technology into teaching, so as to improve the teaching methods and means of foreign language teaching, as well as the quality of foreign language teaching. Therefore, the teacher should not only learn to use new technologies to guide the whole process of teaching and the corresponding new teaching models, methods, and design ideas, but also learn to rationally use and develop modern teaching media, which will give an impetus to traditional foreign language teaching models and further promote the modernization of foreign language teaching.
