浅谈地理科学专业本科毕业生就业的问题及对策

随着事业单位人事制度改革和师范生就业制度改革的推进，特别是开放的教师教育体系与教师资格制度实施以后，师范生就业面临新的形势，在迎来了前所未有的历史机遇的同时又经受着严峻的考验和冲击。笔者通过分析所在院系地理师范毕业生的就业现状和存在问题，对毕业生就业工作提出一些建设性的意见。

A Brief Discussion on Problems and Countermeasures of the Employment of University Graduates Majoring in Ge-ography Science

With the progress of the institutions and personnel sys- tem reform as well as normal university students＇ employment system reform, especially after the implementation of the open teacher education system and teacher qualification system, nor- mal university students＇ employment is faced with a new situation which has brought them unprecedented historical opportunities as well as severe challenges and impacts. Through analyzing the current situation and problems of the employment of graduates majoring in geography education in the writer＇s department and college, some constructive suggestions were put forward for the employment work of graduates.
