西部农村城镇化与生态环境建设

西部地区农村城镇化的迅速发展一方面促进了西部经济的发展，另一方面使城镇生态环境不断恶化，城镇生态环境的恶化反过来又限制了西部农村经济的进一步发展。因此，加强环保法制建设，做好农村乡镇企业的污染防治工作，利用环保经济手段，完善城镇环境经济政策，大力发展生态农业和环保产业，加强宣传教育等措施就成为解决农村城镇化与生态环境之间矛盾的基本选择。

Western Urbanization of Villages and Ecological Environmental Construction

The rapid urbanization of villages in western regions has been promoting development in its agricultural and industrial production. However, it has also been worsening the ecological environment, which in turn is hindering the further improvement of the local economy. Therefore, the reinforcement of the local environmental protection system, the prevention and control of pollution in local villages and township enterprises, the improvement of economic policies, the promotion of eco-agriculture and environmental protection industry as well as the full scale propaganda for environment protection are the fundamental means to deal with the contradiction in urbanization and ecological environmental construction.
