| 摘 要： | 美国高校在新生录取时,必须为少数民族学生留出一定的"配额".这项根据"平权措施"所执行的录取倾斜政策,虽是促进高等教育机会公平的一项重大努力,在实践中却一直受到各不同利益团体的争议.确定高校招生政策倾向的标准,必须参照现实补偿性、司法可诉性以及公开透明性三项准则.
