| Abstract: | The characteristic of geographical conditions control not only economic relations but also the development of all social relations where hide the back of economy. In view of geographical conditions and history,this paper tries to look for the relations among economy,politics and culture ,then expound the the old and modern problem why Chinese characters didn't deveolp into alphabet. |
