摘    要:班主任是班级工作的组织者和领导者,班主任应根据学生的心理因素、社会环境、家庭环境等方面去加以细致地分析,对不同的学生采用不同的教育方式,才能提高学生的学习兴趣,使之健康成长,成为社会的栋梁。

Abstract:A class-teacher acts as both as an organizer and as a leader at his work. The ways of management, a wide variety of education patterns to choose from, are flexible. A research is done on a basis of a detailed analysis of necessary aspects such as psychological factors, social environments and family backgrounds of individuals to stimulate learning interests of the students, make them grow up healthy and sound, and become pillars of the state.
