| Abstract: | A class-teacher acts as both as an organizer and as a leader at his work. The ways of management, a wide variety of education patterns to choose from, are flexible. A research is done on a basis of a detailed analysis of necessary aspects such as psychological factors, social environments and family backgrounds of individuals to stimulate learning interests of the students, make them grow up healthy and sound, and become pillars of the state. |
