| 摘 要： | 本文针对目前我国高校助学贷款中所出现的严重的违约现象,力图从学校、学生及银行方面探讨这一现象产生的原因,并就这些原因提出能够使我国高校助学贷款工作顺利进行的办法,其最终目的是要从根本上解决助学贷款中的违约问题.
