| Abstract: | That the construction of a harmonious society of socialist China stands for the improvement of the administrative concept of the CPC. It is believed to enable the Party to its commitments, strengthen the social solidarity, and adapt to the global changes. The paper adds that the man-centered scientific values and social justices should be enhanced. |
