| 摘 要： | 工业社会以科层制为特点的组织遭遇了由工业社会向知识经济时代转型的巨大冲击，由兴盛走向衰弱。社会组织开始了与社会转型相一致的发展过程，出现了适应知识经济发展需要，以柔性化为整体特点，以网络组织、虚拟组织、数字化组织为主要类型的新的组织形式。

| Abstract: | Organizational form of the characteristic of bureaucracy is greatly pounded by transformation for society of industry of knowledgical economy,which is transferred from the rise to the decline. In order to adapt to the developtmental need of knowledgical economy,it started the process of development which gives rise to unity between social organization and social transformation, and shows charateristics of delicacy,and brings bout new organizational types such as network - organization, virtual - organization, figure- organization. |
