| 摘 要： | 我国新农村建设中面临诸多的社会问题，必须通过强化社会管理予以解决，社会管理水平的提高又受管理主体单一、社会政策滞后、农民组织化程度低等因素的限制，提高农村社会管理水平需要在扩大管理主体、更新管理理念、加强社会政策的制定与施行等方面做出努力。

| Abstract: | The construction of the new rural face too many social problems,which must be resolved to strengthen social management.The level of the social management is restrained by the single main body of social management,the lagging social policy and the low degree of farmers organization.Improving the level of social management need to expand the main body of social management,update management concepts,and enhance the formulation and implementation of social policy,and so on. |
