| Abstract: | Connotation Development of higher vocational colleges is a pattern of development centered on improving the level of running schools, the quality of talent training and serving regional social development. In the way of connotation development, the construction of higher vocational teacher team is the basis and key factor, so its goal should embody humanistic care; the management system should be full of humanity; teachers should realize their individual awakening. |
