| 摘 要： | 在存在感兴趣区域图像的情况下,利用JPEG2000中的一般位移法对小波分解后的低频和部分高频系数作提升,达到对感兴趣区域和全图质量的提高,然后结合SPIHT算法编码。依据人眼的视觉原理,实验中采用圆形作为感兴趣区域。通过3组实验对比,可知:对低频和中频系数全面提升后,重构后的图像质量有所提高。
