| Abstract: | There are so me profound reasons in the decline of any enterprise. The main external reasons which make state-owned enterprises fall into the predicament are the defect of the economy system, the impact of the market competition, the influence of government interference and the incompatibility caused by adjustment of the macro economy policy. |
