| 摘 要： | 经济立法的生态化理念来源于与生态学、哲学、法学和经济学的学科互动,它们分别而又共同地为经济立法提供了理论层面与操作层面的启示。通过厘清生态化的概念与实质并对经济立法的局限做出了分析,可以得到经济立法与生态理念的耦合会形成一种良性运行机制的结论。

| Abstract: | The Concept of economic legislation originates from the interaction of ecological and ecology,philosophy,law and economics disciplines,they work together for economic legislation but provide a theoretical level and operational level in China.By clarifying the concept of ecological and analyzing substance of the limitations on the economic legislation,a conclusion can be made for the forming of a good mechanism of economic legislation and the ecological idea of coupling. |
