| 摘 要： | 对房地产开发项目的投资进行有效的控制是房地产工程建设管理的重要组成部分。在房地产开发项目的决策阶段、设计阶段、招投标阶段、工程施工阶段以及竣工决算阶段运用科学的管理方法进行造价控制，可以有效地降低工程造价，提高资金使用率，从而达到降低成本提高企业利润的目的。
