高职教育的使命是培养全面发展的“职业人”

高职教育不能等同于谋职教育、技术教育、岗前教育,更不能强调高职教育的目的就是以"就业"为目的的"订单式教育"。人们在理解高职教育的培养目标时有片面化、功利化的倾向,忽视了人的全面、协调、可持续发展,忽视了学生综合素质的提高,忽视了人之所以为人、人之所以能发展的重要基础。正所谓"有所为、才有所位",高职教育应是帮助学生从"社会人"转变为"职业人"的康庄大道。

The Mission of Higher Vocational Education is to Cultivate All-Round Developed "Professionals"

higher Vocational education is not equivalent to a job education,technical education and pre-service education.It should not emphasis the purpose of higher vocational education on the order of education with the purpose of "employment".When People understand the training objectives of higher vocational education,they tend to be one-sided and utilitarian tendency,neglect the comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,ignore the improvement of the overall quality for students and overlook an important foundation for development.The higher vocational education should help students become a professional from a social person.
