5-溴水杨醛缩异烟酰肼配合物的制备与表征

摘    要:合成了5-溴水杨醛缩异烟肼Schiff碱(简称BrsalisH2),同时制备了该配体的金属配合物.利用元素分析、摩尔电导、红外光谱、紫外光谱和热重分析等方法对配合物进行了表征.结果表明:BrsalisH。可以采用烯醇式或烯酮式与金属配位,配合物的组成分别为:Cu(H2O)(Brsalis)](Ⅰ)、I-Ni(H2O)(Brsalis)](Ⅱ)、Co(BrsalisH)2]·4H2O(Ⅲ),其中,BrsalisH2为C13H12O2N3Br.

Abstract:The N-isonicotinamido-5-bromosalicylaidimine Schiff base were synthesized by reaction of 5-bromosalicylaldehyde with isonicotinyl hydrazine, and its metal complex was synthesized. Their composition and structure were characterized by elemental analyses, molar conductance, IR, UV spectra and thermal analyses. The result shows that the complexes are Cu(H2O)(Brsalis)], Ni(H2 O)(Brsaiis)], Co(BrsalisH)2] · 4H2O wherein BrsalisH2 ligand adopts two coordination types of enol or ketene form, respectively.
