摘    要:当今人力资源管理越来越多地把重点放在最大限度利用雇员的能力,并且为每一位员工提供一个不断成长以及挖掘最大潜力和建立成功职业的机会上。因此,建立企业的员工职业发展管理系统是企业发展的一个重要环节。职业锚是人们在选择和发展职业时所围绕的中心,对于识别员工个体的特性有着至关重要的作用。本文因此认为,应该以职业锚为基础,建立职业发展管理系统。这一系统由五个子系统构成,分别为晋升与调动管理系统、报酬系统、激励系统、培训与开发系统、沟通系统。本文并分别讨论了如何建立这些子系统,以及如何在这些系统之间进行协调。

Abstract:Today,human resources management is focused more on how to utilize employee's capability to the maximum. Also, it is critical to offer opportunities for employees to keep growing, to explore potential, and to succeed in career. So the establishment of career development management system is necessary for enterprises to develop. Career anchor is the core of professionals in choosing and developing career life and is the most important factor in identifying the differences between individuals. Therefore, the author suggests it is reasonable to establish career development management system based on career anchor. This system should consist of five sub-systems, which are promotion and transfer system, reward system, inspiration system, training and exploring system, and communication system. The paper also discusses how to establish and assort these sub-systems.
