略论正确处理图书馆现代化建设中的各种关系

传统图书馆向现代化图书馆转型变革发展中，面临着诸多相互关系和关联的问题，正确处理这些问题，对推动图书馆事业的发展，具有积极的指导作用。本文主要从传统技术方法与现代技术方法的关系；文献数据库建设与信息网络化的关系；收藏与搜索的关系；提高馆员素质与进行目标管理的关系四个侧面分别论述它们之间的内在联系及需要着力解决的问题，力求使图书馆现代化建设事业健康发展。

On the relationships in building the modern library

In a process of building a modern library from the traditional one, there exist some inevitable problems. To deal well with the problems will promote the development of the library cause. In the present article the author argues four main relationships in building the modem library in the hope of accelerating the development of the library cause.
