In the 21st century, recreation becomes a healthy scientific and civilized life style of humankind. Recreation sport shows that people begin to return to nature and sport essence. Its humanity connotation roots in oriental traditional culture, during this return to its distant origin. Taijiquan, deeply influenced by Chinese traditional culture, contains recreative ideology as well.
